• Question: do you plan to destroy the earth with nuclear power???

      No, if I were to do that then I would not have minions to do my bidding when I take over. That’d be silly.

      On a more serious note, nuclear power isn’t likely to destroy the Earth since that’s what the Earth already runs on (the hot core is supposed to be powered by isotope decay)

      Being from a nuclear power background, most definitely not. Somewhat ironically nuclear power is one of the safest energy forms in existence. It’s due to media pressure that the industry has had to “over-engineer” their safety features. To put it into perspective for every TWh of electricity which is produced, over 160 people die in the coal industry and 28 in the oil industry. In nuclear power only 0.04 people do.. That’s including the accidents at Chernobyl, Three Mile Island and Fukushima.
