This is an interesting question. In terms of orbit around the sun, saturn is closer. However, as planets orbit the sun at differennt times – because some planets have greater distance to travel as they are further out from the sun and also orbit at a slower speed, I know that 5yrs ago Earth was actually closer to uranus, as saturn and neptune were on the side of the sun…
