      Has to be, without a shadow of a doubt, Dr. Manhattan (from Watchmen)!…. Followed by Batman in a close second!

      When I was growing up there were no superhero stories, comics, or movies (that’s USSR for you). As an adult I suppose I would pick The Tick or maybe Iron Man.

      Batman! He creates all his gadgets, and does not need superpowers to beat criminals, but uses martial arts etc. He quite a dark character, willing to go beyond what is acceptable to get a criminal. He also has the best enemies too, like the Joker who are completely evil and demented.
