Question: you inspire me to carry on with science what inspired you?

I’d say that my chief sources of inspiration were my parents who are/were scientists themselves. Following that, books (science and science fiction in equal measure). And when I grew older I was (still am) constantly fascinated by the complexity of the natural world and by the way this complexity does not degenerate into randomness.
